The Olympic Hall in Albertville, France will be the venue for the Veterans (+55) Triples European Championships and the Men’s Triples European Championships in September.

Following qualification and selection processes, our England representative teams have been finalised.

First to play will be our Veterans team at their triples championship between 17 to 19 September. Mokhtar Benarab, Matt Blyton and Cliff Campbell, the triple that was placed first during the qualification competition will be joined by the selected player Simon Bird.

There is no precision shooting competition.

We are also pleased to announce that Ian Barnes will be the team coach.

Immediately following this tournament, the Men’s Triples will take place between 21 to 24 September.

Dean Ashby, Scott Ashby and Jason White the triple that amassed the most ranking points will be joined by Reece Gould, selected from the team they closely edged out.

Jason White will be our representative in the Precision Shooting which begins just prior to the Triples.

We are also pleased to announce that Rowland Jones will be the team coach.

Two of our national umpires, John Edmondson and Gareth Sullivan will also be in attendance at the Men’s Triples, working alongside CEP umpires and taking their CEP umpiring exams. We wish them both every success.
