Company Secretary
For a long period, our governing body has had to function without this important role being officially filled. Therefore, following the posting of that vacancy on the PE Web site, made available to all our members, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Lynn Wilson to the Petanque England board as Company Secretary.
Lynn will be joining the Board of Directors with immediate effect bringing with her, organisation skills and passed acknowledged experience, that is required in being responsible for managing the administrative functions of the board, maintaining official records, organising meetings, all whilst supporting communications between the board members and PE members.
We welcome Lynn to the board in that official role.
Head of Resolutions
It is with regret that the PE Board have accepted the resignation of Mr Kevin Moss as a PE Director and as Head of Resolution.
The PE Board would like to thank Kevin for his past service, contributions and work required in such a difficult role. We feel sure he will continue to promote the sport and support Petanque England in its efforts to grow and improve We wish him and his family well for the future.
Promotion and Marketing
The current vacancy for the role is still open within the PE Web site, (preferably) for a PE member who has the knowledge, time, and experience for such an important position in the future development of our sport within England.
