All PE members, clubs and officials benefit from insurance cover as part of our membership benefits package.
The liability insurance you receive as an affiliated constituent of Pétanque England protects you if you are held responsible and are negligent for causing injury to a third party or have caused damage to a third party’s property, whilst involved in Pétanque and other recognised activities of Pétanque England.
Affiliated coaches, officials and members also benefit from Personal Accident insurance. This is a ‘no fault’ benefit that provides a specified amount to a member, if they are injured whilst participating in recognised Pétanque England activities.
The PE insurance cover is arranged via Bluefin Sport with Sportscover Europe Ltd., as detailed on the 2023 Evidence of Cover document
