The Sixth Annual General Meeting of Pétanque England is to be held on Saturday 10th February 2024 at the Holiday Inn, Reading South, Berks, RG2 0SL commencing at 13.00.

The business of the meeting shall be:-

• To receive a report from the directors
• To approve the adoption of the annual accounts
• To appoint or re-appoint directors
  There can be up to 6 Member appointed Directors, Currently there are two but one, Martin Hughes will retire by rotation but is eligible for nomination. Therefore, there are currently 5 vacancies.
• To fix the membership fees for 2024
• To consider any resolutions proposed by the Board or Members

The timetable leading to the AGM is as follows….

17th Jan Call for nominations and Resolutions
29th Jan Closing date for receipt of nominations and resolutions
31st Jan Issue of Final Agenda and Proxy Forms for voting
8th Feb Closing date for receipt of Proxies.
