All bedding & towels are provided.

Each room includes a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle.

Some rooms also have a fridge, 4 ring hob and sink.

Electricity is included in the cost of the weekend package.

Vegetarian and Vegan food will be available.

Please indicate when booking that you will require vegetarian or vegan options.

The price of the weekend package includes accommodation, breakfast and evening meals, leisure facilities, entertainments and of course all petanque facilities.

There is no obligation to stay on site in the provided accommodation, but all players must pay the full fee, even if staying elsewhere. (No exceptions)

The package includes 3 nights; there is no discount if you choose to leave after two nights.

Non-playing partners, family members and other team supporters are welcome to join us.

They will need to book via their region and pay the full cost of the weekend package, the same as players.

You are welcome to bring your younger children and babies to Pakefield.

Any child sleeping in a cot will be free of charge, whereas children who sleep in a bed will pay the under-18’s rate for the weekend, which is half the adult rate.

Please let Isle of Wight Tours know when booking if you will require a cot.

Non-playing day visitors/spectators will be allowed on Saturday and Sunday.

There will be an entry fee of £5, and special day-visitors wristbands will be issued.
