Over the past year, these talented young athletes have demonstrated impressive growth and commitment, rising to new heights through consistent performance, hard work, and sheer determination. Their achievements reflect not only personal development but also the strength of junior pétanque in England.
Having already represented Petanque England Juniors in international competitions, this team brings with them a wealth of valuable experience. Each outing abroad has contributed to building their confidence, sharpening their skills, and enhancing their competitive edge.
Selection for the England Pétanque team reflects an outstanding level of resilience, passion, and determination. Congratulations on earning your place in the squad — you’ve already made your family, region, and country proud. – Claire Geddes, Junior Lead
The progress of these players would not be possible without the unwavering support of the broader pétanque community. With the next major milestone on the horizon in October 2025, continued encouragement and guidance will be essential to help them reach their full potential.
We invite the entire community to join us in congratulating Aimee, Alex, Amy, Matthew, and Tegan on this incredible achievement. Let’s rally behind them and show our support as they prepare to take on the world and represent England with pride.
Let’s cheer them on all the way!
