The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 13.00 on Saturday 29th November and will be held at the Orida Hotel in Chieveley (near Newbury, Berks).
We will be sending out the full set of papers in early November, but it’s a busy time of year for all of us and since we’d love to see as many members present as possible, we wanted to give you a little more notice.
For technical reasons we’ve been forced to postpone the general meeting due to be held on 29th November.
It has been rescheduled to take place at 13.00 on Saturday 13th December at the Enbourne Suite of the Orida Hotel, Oxford Road, Chieveley, West Berks RG29 8XY.
