The National Junior-Adult Championship on April 12th saw 32 teams compete under sunny skies, with Nathan and Jeremy Huntley crowned champions. Read the full recap, prize highlights, and how £227 was raised to support junior pétanque.

Saturday, April 12th, 2025

The National Junior-Adult Championship took place on Saturday, with an incredible turnout of 32 teams. The event saw participants competing under sunny skies throughout the day, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable day of sport.

After five thrilling rounds of play, the title of National Junior-Adult Champion went to the dynamic duo of Nathan and Jeremy Huntley.

The runners-up were Amy Geddes and Becky Edwins, who put up an impressive fight but fell just short of claiming the top spot.

Prizes were awarded to teams finishing in the top spots, including 3rd, 4th, 10th, 16th, 22nd, and 27th.

In addition to the exciting competition, a raffle was held, raising a total of £227 to support the Junior players.

A massive thank you to everyone involved in making the day such a success. The spirit of camaraderie and support was evident throughout, and all players should feel incredibly proud of their performances and their unwavering support for the juniors.

It was truly an amazing event, and a testament to the dedication and passion of everyone involved!
