The Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 13.00 on Saturday 29^th November and will be held at the Orida Hotel in Chieveley (near Newbury, Berks).

We will be sending out the full set of papers in early November, but it’s a busy time of year for all of us and since we’d love to see as many members present as possible, we wanted to give you a little more notice.
